RBAC -SQL Azure portal features

Hi,

Is there an easy way to determine what permission should be applied to give a role access to a particular portal feature? Seems a bit hit and miss at the moment.

I'm trying give a custom role the ability to view SQL Azure Database metrics. The obvious one: "Microsoft.Sql/servers/databases/metrics/read" does not give the correct permission.
