Traffic being blocked on specific port

Hi All,

I have created a number of end points on my virtual server and have successfully allowed web traffic 80/443 through to it and tested by creating a publicly accessible web page.

I have also tried exposing a web service which is on 8181 and the WSDL is accessible locally. Trying to get to this via the same public address (appending the port number) gets a connection refused.

Is there anything else that I need to enable?
