Hello,
Trying to open a support request for why our Gold Partner organization subscription isn't carrying through. Partner support directed me to Azure support. Unfortunately in the new portal it hangs on the subscriptions part. I waited 30 minutes and it was still stuck there.

This is in the portal marked "preview" apparently. How do I get to the legacy portal, and/or how do I get support when the support request tool is broken?
