I had taken the steps to enable multi factor authentication for our office 365 domain. Once it was enabled my admin account that I login to the azure management portal no longer works... I get asked for my credentials and I put them in then it says I need to setup multifactor authentication, so I click setup now, i have it send me a txt, I get the txt, enter the code in and it gives me an error stating An Error was encountered Error creating app password Correlation ID de281b48-10be-4b35-b062-0f4fbfb8fbd5.
The only choice I have after that is close and thats it... I am not able to sign into our office 365 domain or into azure services. Thought I was contacting technical support and it went to billing instead... they said I had to purchase a support agreement but cannot because I cannot login to purchase the subscription. This happens to be my only admin account to login to azure.... multi factor authentication is working for other users in my domain but there is something with my account. ANY help will be greatly appreciated.
