Can I add two Visual Studio premium subscription in one azure account so that the spending limit could get increased to INR 12000/- (i.e. 6000+6000).

Hi, 

I want to increase my azure account's spending limit from 6000 to 12000 by adding one more Visual studio premium subscription ID in it. As you all know that a visual studio premium subscription provides 6000 azure credits per month .Sometimes my azure credit reaches the spending limit which prohibits me to use my applications and VMs . 

May I know the feasibility of adding two subscription IDs to one azure account. If possible please share the steps of how to do it .
