Setting up an Azure organizational account

To all,

I work for a company that has recently purchased three licenses for Visual Studio 2013(with MSDN subscription).

I am new to Visual Studio and Azure and I have run into a problem that I hope someone might be able to help me with.

My understanding is Visual studio w/MSDN allows for a set number of hours on Azure (as part of the subscription).

What we would like to do is set up an organizational account in Azure; and tie all three Visual Studio subscriptions to that organizational account.

So far I have taken the following steps:

A. I activated one Visual Studio/MSDN subscription license using a standard Hotmail account.

B. Created an organizational account. (Mycompany.onmicrosoft.com)

      Setup a user call Admin@mycompany.com

This user name is not the same as the MSDN subscription. Which may be my problem but I am not sure.

C. I added a user that was the same as the MSDN subscription sign up.

What I want is an admin account for Azure that is this MSDN subscription. I would later like to add the other two subscriptions to the Azure organizational account.

However when I sign into Azure I keep getting the message that my free trial period is about to expire. So I am pretty sure it's not recognizing my MSDN subscription.

I am not sure how to setup the organizational account, so that it recognizes my current MSDN subscription as the organizational admin.

I would like to be sure I have this portion set up correctly before trying to add the other subscriptions.

Any advice / documentation would be greatly appreciated.
