Change name of Service administrator MS account

Hi i am creating a Azure og O365 setup for a new customer.

For the Azure account i created a Microsoft account named info@company.com, then later i added the O365 directory to the azure account and therby adding info@company.com as a Global Administrator in the O365 directory.

So now i  can not add a new user with the info@company.com upn/email address and it occured to me that using own domain name with the microsoft account is not a good idea.

Now i know that i can change the name of my Microsoft account (add new primary smtp) but how will this affect my Azure account, subscriptions and directories?.
