"Manage your subscriptions" says

Subscription expires:

I am receiving email expiration notices from AzureTeam that say...
"Our records indicate that you have MSDN Azure subscription(s) and that your associated MSDN subscription(s) have expired."
How can the accounts be "expiring" when I'm logged in and the account says my instance of Visual Studio Professional has what I interpret as an unlimited expiration date?
