We are facing a issue in Microsoft Azure BizSpark subscriptions:
- On 15th March, we ran out of our monthly credits which is Rs. 9100.
- Now, to setup billing alerts on that subscription, I went on subscriptions page as I found out from the web and your help of last ticket. But there were no subscriptions available. So I have created one Named BizSpark.
- I was under impression that the subscription I created, was the only one till this issue occured.
- On dashboard page of windows azure, I am seeing two different subscriptions.
- If I try to select only one subscription from filter, let's say Bizspark with disabled tag, then it gives me all my virtual machines which are not active right now due to credit spent. The other BizSpark which is not disabled doesn't have any items in it as I created that from subscriptions page.
- So, clicking on more info for disabled BizSpark subscriptions takes me to below page.(image shows no subscriptions, I am not able to upload images)
How do I access this subscription and set up alarms for it? Please help us.
